20% of our products generate 80% of our sales. We inventory these "Best Sellers" in significant quantities. This is represented on our product pages as: "Availability: In Stock". We replenish these Best Sellers for freshness every 30 days or so. It is rare when they are out-of-stock, or on long term manufacturer, back order. (FYI: Sell outs of these very popular products do occassionally happen despite our best efforts to predict coming sales. As for the remaining 80% of our products, we carry small inventory counts of these items. Instead of mass buying truckloads and warehousing thousands of products in stagnation for months, we place daily, frequent restocking orders with our suppliers. While this product management practice takes a lot more time, precision and organization on our part, we think it is well worth it. It insures you get the freshest products available from our manufacturers ... everyday and all the time.

Also, this allows us to offer you thousands of speciality and hard-to-find products without wasting the enviroinmental resources of a mega-warehouse retailer. To maintain freshness and superior quality, we properly store, rotate, and inventory all of our offerings in our climate controlled warehouse facility. By staying comparatively small, macrobiotically lean and tightly controlled in our operations, we guarantee you the highest quality and freshest products at all times.

We may not have everything in stock immediately, but unless their is a special circumstance your order will still be delivered in 5 to 10 business days in pristine, fresh condition and at the best available price.
