We will never give, sell, or rent your private, personal information or specific account activity to anyone for any reason, except as required by law and when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site, and/or corporation. Our shopping cart automatically secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. It secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number and other financial information) is transmitted over the Internet, it is protected through the use of a state-of-the-art 256-bit encryption, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit. More simply: To protect you, your financial information and us … when you place an order, the credit card info goes straight to your merchant bank, then they submit back to us an Approval. All we get is the last four digits … we never actually possess, or even see, your credit card data. Credit Card Fraud Protection: All major credit card companies protect cardholders against fraud, subject to a $50 deductible. We will protect you for this $50 portion in the highly unlikely situation that you ever encounter an inappropriate charge involving our company. |

Product Returns You may return a product to us within 30 days of purchase if it is in new, unopened, and re-saleable condition. Send returns to:

Returning Unused Products
Should you choose to return a new, unopened, re-saleable product(s), you are entitled to a full refund, minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee ... if you return your product(s) within 30 days of purchase. After 45 days from the time of your purchase, we no longer have the data, or ability, to refund your credit card. Under no circumstances can we issue a refund beyond 45 days from your purchase.
This does NOT apply to Heat Sensitive and Frozen products. These items are simply NOT returnable, or refundable.
Please include your name, address, original invoice number and receipt, email address, and daytime phone as well as your reason for returning. Please e-mail in advance to approve the return.
Returning Opened or Used Products We cannot (and do not) accept returns on items that have been opened, used or have their safety seals broken.
If you open it - you own it.
Should you inadvertently submit an order with an incorrect, invalid or undeliverable shipping address, the package will eventually be returned to us by our shipping partner. In these cases, we will a). issue a full refund to your credit card (less a 15% re-stocking fee), and b. attempt to contact you and inform of the erroneous shipping address. You'll have the option to place a new order and new shipment at that time.

Back Orders In the event that a product is out-of-stock, or shipping must be delayed, we will place your order on 'short-term back-order status' and email you with the projected shipping date. |

Once we have received the back-ordered item(s), we will email you with notification that your order has shipped along with a confirmation and tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress of your shipment. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable - if your order is delayed, or the items are back-ordered. If you are a registered customer of Wild Earth Market (not a guest), you will be able to determine your order status at any time, including any notifications of back orders and shipping delays, by accessing your personal account login. If your order contains multiple items and you would like the in-stock items to be shipped right away, please contact our customer service department upon receiving your 'notification of Back Order' e-mail. We will gladly ship the items we have on hand immediately, and once the backordered items arrive at our warehouse, we will ship them to you at no additional shipping cost. If your order is split in this manner, the shipping method used for the remaining back ordered items is determined as follows: If you selected Standard Shipping as your shipping method, we will ship the back ordered item(s) to you by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. If you selected UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Ground as your shipping method, the back ordered item(s) will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested (additional shipping charges may apply if you wish to upgrade). |

Communication As we are an Internet company, we communicate with you primarily by email. If you have any questions, please contact us ... we are here for you. Wild Earth Market is an e-mail only customer service business. We do NOT offer telephone-based customer service at this time. We do this in order to achieve three things 1). reduce overhead costs in order to keep our sales prices to you as low as possible, 2). insure precise, accurate and documentable information transfer between ourselves and you, and 3). increase the speed of our customer service responses - one person can handle up to hundreds of emails with better speed, efficiency and accuracy than tending to a couple of dozen random telephone calls each day. Please provide an accurate email address with your order. We also encourage you to add us to your email contact list, or investigate your Internet browser and security programs to ensure that you will receive emails from us regarding your order and shipment(s). We do not want to end up in your Spam or Junk mail boxes! |

Sales Tax If you live outside North Carolina, USA and your order is going to a physical address outside of North Carolina, USA ... you will NOT be subject to Sales Tax of any kind. We only charge Sales Tax - IF - a) you reside in North Carolina, USA and make a purchase, regardless of delivery location, or b) your order is shipped to a physical address within North Carolina AND you live outside the state. |
